Tackling the Issues

Our blog covers a wide range of topics, including the current state of the government, injustices, discrimination, and the high rate of homicide in Jamaica. Stay informed about the pressing issues affecting our nation.

Crime Control

The Jamaica Labour Party have failed the people and Jamaica. They have failed to control the high levels of crime, have no crime plan, and have placed a gag order on the Integrity Commission so that they cannot investigate and made public criminal activities of politicians. Is that the type of government you want in office for another five years? Share with the public your opinion.

Health Care For All Citizens

Hospitals have turned away patients because they don't have insurance. Some have died waiting in emergency rooms across our Island. We have many hospitals that are in the same condition as the prison. We have many hospitals that are lacking equipment and supplies. Under DIGOJAM, we will conduct a due diligence and construct new facilities, provide free training for our men and women, and make healthcare as a basic human need for life. No patients should die in any emergency room waiting to be treated or should any patient refuse treatment. It doesn't matter whether he or she can afford to pay. Treat, then ask about billing later.  There are quite a few things for the public, but you will get more information from our Manifesto and when we begin our campaign. What is your opinion on the matter of healthcare?

Housing Rights

The Prime Minister have failed the people and Jamaica. People with a kind heart and humanitarian efforts are being targeted for feeding the poor and hunger. Back during the Michael Manley era, not even a mentally ill person was homeless because the family would have welcome them back home, clean them and prepare a good meal. During the 21st Century, we have mothers, elders, children, and others sleeping on the streets. What is your opinion regarding the leadership of the current government in office?

Exploitation of our people for many decades

This is the "Blog" that foreign companies in Jamaica prefer not to read. Before we proceed further, let us start with our "Farm Workers." No Jamaicans should travel to plant or cultivate food for any foreign countries. Let them use their own people to work in the field and feed themselves or starved. Exploitation is nothing new in Jamaica or we should say, the entire Caribbean, all Hispanic countries and Africa. Noticed how they have come to the Island with chains of hotels, paying their own in and from their country a high salary and paying Jamaicans one-tenth of the salary that they are paying their own. Under the JLP and PNP, they have allowed exploitations for many decades. They called it, "Foreign Investments." It's slavery and exploitation under DIGOJAM's term. They came to Jamaica getting big tax breaks, yet paying the people of Jamaica slave wages. They are doing the same in Africa, other Caribbean Islands, and Spanish speaking countries. What is your opinion regarding exploitation of our people?

Discrimination in Jamaica

The Tainos were there in Jamaica and then black folks were taken from their "Motherland of Africa" by force into slavery in chains by the British; beaten, starved, raped, and tossed overboard. Many of you are not aware that the Transatlantic Slave Trade was genocide, it was the biggest human trafficking and exploitation. We have seen discrimination ever since and it continues in the 21st Century. Don't be alarmed that some people with lighter complexion are preferred over darker skin people because it has been implanted in their heads to hate and that mentality continues with many. Is that the cause why our young people bleached their skin with chemicals? Refer back to the news when hotels in Jamaica were requesting lighter complexion students who were enrolled in hospitality courses. Refer to Spanish Court Hotel in Montego Bay with a manager terminate a young man who was assisting guest that became viral on social media. He was also a racist. What is your opinion regarding discrimination in Jamaica?

High Homicide Rate

We are well aware of the numerous slaughtering of our people by ruthless, low down, beasts. We housed them, feed them, giving them access to freedom in prison while taxpayers are flipping the bills. What is your opinion?

Fighting Corruption

This is a common accusation that is often made against politicians, but it is important to note that not all politicians engage in corrupt practices. Many Jamaican politicians are known as the secret criminals stealing from the public for many decades. They go into the office as a "pauper" and becomes a multimillionaire within the first term in office.  Some politicians may indeed become wealthy during their time in office, but this does not necessarily mean that they are stealing from the public.
